The practice

How the work approaches a site

Pre-construction reviews for new factories, warehouses, plants and corporate campuses, done before the foundation is poured when the layout can still change cheaply.
Layout assessment of existing factories, with prioritised structural corrections where they are feasible.
Correction of existing factories without demolition, where structural change is not possible. Methods include pyramid placement, equipment repositioning, and entry-flow adjustments.
Engagements in the lineage tradition. The longest publicly visible client relationship on Google Maps goes back to 2008.

Where the work comes from

Vastu shastra is one of India's classical applied sciences, taught for over a thousand years. The texts (Mayamatam, Manasara, others) sit alongside Sthapatya Veda in the broader tradition.
The work is transmitted through guru-shishya parampara: formal study under named teachers, carried across generations. The lineage names are on the practice page.
Indian families and businesses have long treated vastu as a cultural and spiritual input on the buildings they build and the places they live and work.
The recommendations made here carry the responsibility of that lineage. The work is conducted in the frame the tradition prescribes.

The practice

Engineering background first. Vastu work since the 1980s. Industrial specialisation since 2001.

The practitioner trained as an engineer and spent about three decades on project work in the built environment before vastu became the full practice. Vastu came through formal academic training (MA in Vastu and Astrology, Telugu University) and through long study under three guru lineages.

The clients who reach the practice are mostly engineers, plant managers and technical promoters. The recommendations are written in language they can read. The pyramid product line is used where structural change is not feasible; for greenfield sites it is usually unnecessary.

One publicly visible client has been consulting since 2008, with the seventeen-year relationship recorded on the Google Maps reviews. Several other reviewers describe multi-year and multi-generational consulting relationships. Most engagements turn into long-running ones.

The pyramid path

One of two paths. The one for existing factories that can't be rebuilt.

About half of the industrial engagements come from owners whose factory is already up. The lease is in force. Production cannot pause for renovation. The conventional vastu options of rebuild, reposition or redirect entrance are not available.

The DNA Pyramid line was developed for this constraint. Each pyramid is selected for a specific site condition (entry geometry, equipment placement, energy-flow misalignment, leadership-cabin positioning, warehouse stagnation, water-element imbalance) and placed under a traditional consecration. The recommendation follows the site survey, not a catalogue.

The other path is for new construction or for existing factories where structural change is feasible. There, corrections are made structurally (at the right point in the build) and pyramids are usually not needed.

When the pyramid path fits

Pyramid remediation package

Industrial vastu consultation

Full site survey, consultation in your preferred language, prioritised structural and pyramid corrections. Pricing scales with site area, complexity (multi-line, cold chain, cleanroom) and travel from Bengaluru.

Multi-unit / multi-year retainer

₹15 lakh+

For groups operating multiple sites or planning phased expansion. Bespoke scope. NRI engagements billed in INR or the client's currency, discussed at the discovery call.

Payment terms: 50% advance and 50% on completion; a 33-33-33 schedule is available for engagements over ₹10 lakh. The discovery call is free: 20 minutes by phone or WhatsApp, no obligation.

Site visit and survey

On-site for South India and India-resident clients. Remote-led for international, with a calibrated visit if the site condition requires it. Measurements, compass orientation, equipment-flow mapping.

Consultation

The consultation follows the survey. Format depends on the engagement: in-person walkthrough with the family, online discussion, written notes, or a combination. Recommendations cover structural changes where feasible and pyramid options where structural change is not available.

Implementation and activation

Coordination with your contractor on any structural corrections. Pyramid procurement, ritual activation and placement done in person.

How does a sceptical engineer evaluate this?

By the parts that can be checked. The engineering background, the prior career in construction, the academic credential (MA in Vastu and Astrology, Telugu University), the named guru lineages, the years of practice, and the public Google review record (5.0 over 53 reviews, including reviews from engineers). The work is described in engineering language; structural recommendations are reviewable by your contractor.

Is rebuilding the factory required to get the benefit?

No. About half of industrial engagements use pyramid corrections without structural change. The DNA Pyramid line exists for sites where rebuild is not possible: existing buildings, leases in force, lines that cannot stop. The discovery call surfaces whether your site needs structural correction, pyramid correction, or both.

How much does an industrial vastu engagement cost?

How does a remote NRI engagement work?

Most NRI engagements are remote-led. After the discovery call you share site photographs, video walkthroughs, floor plans and a brief structured questionnaire. Initial recommendations are made remotely. For larger industrial sites, one calibrated visit at implementation is usually planned.

Will my engineering team be able to verify what is recommended?

Yes. The report is written in engineering language and the reason for each recommendation is surfaced alongside it. Structural changes are described in terms a contractor can implement. Pyramid placements are described in terms of the site condition addressed and the expected sequence of effect.
