What happens during a site visit?

A walkthrough with the founder (and other family decision-makers if they want to join). Measurements of plot orientation, building dimensions, entry direction, machinery positioning, office and storage placement, water sources. Brief observation of staff workflow. Conversations about specific problems noticed. Photographs and notes are taken.

How are the consultation outputs shared?

It depends on the engagement. Sometimes an in-person walkthrough with the family. Sometimes an online discussion. Sometimes written notes and marked drawings. Often a combination. The format that fits the specific engagement is decided after the discovery call.

Can a new factory be added to the calendar?

Can this be done remotely or over video?

For NRI clients and remote engagements, yes. To preserve the accuracy of an in-person consultation, a support person is sent to the site for measurements, photos, video walkthrough and anything else the analysis needs. The substantive work (analysis, discussion with the family, recommendations) then happens over video and call. The remote engagement is a full engagement, not a downgraded one.

What does the entire exercise cost: mapping, evaluating, remedies?

Pricing is published on the home page, no hidden tiers and no quote form. Working ranges: small factory ₹2-4 lakh, mid-sized ₹4-8 lakh, large ₹8-15 lakh. NRI engagements typically USD 5,000-50,000. Pyramid kit cost is separate. The final quote is shared before the engagement is signed.

What is the cost for mapping a water bottling plant?

The fee is too high. Is there a lower-cost entry point?

For factory consulting, no. The engagement is what it is and the practice does not discount below cost. For initial DNA Vastu pyramid product purchase (household-scale kits), entry pricing starts around ₹2,000-5,000. Some clients begin at the household level, observe outcomes, and graduate to factory consulting later.

What is the payment structure?

50% advance on engagement signed, 50% on completion. For engagements above ₹10 lakh, an optional 33/33/33 (signed / midpoint / delivery) structure is available. Cross-border billing arrangements are discussed at the discovery call.

Are clients outside India served?

Yes. NRI and international clients are roughly 15-20% of the practice. The work covers Indian-origin business owners in the USA, UK, UAE, Europe, Singapore and East Africa. Engagement model is video-first with optional in-person during international trips. Pricing in INR, USD or AED. DNA Vastu pyramids shipped from India under exclusive licensee arrangement.

We have factories in India and a warehouse in Dubai. Can multi-country engagements be handled?

Yes. Multi-property and multi-country engagements are quoted as a package. Typical structure: in-person visits to each major site (consolidated into one or two trips), unified analysis, consolidated set of recommendations covering interactions between sites where relevant. Pricing scales sub-linearly: the total fee for three sites is less than three times the single-site fee.

How does cross-border payment work?

Discussed at the discovery call. The mechanism that fits both jurisdictions is decided once the engagement scope and billing currency are clear.

Our family priest has already given recommendations. Will yours conflict?

Industrial vastu consulting addresses structural and operational layout questions. The religious, pooja or pariharam practice the family follows is a separate domain. Where there is overlap, the recommendations sit alongside what the family priest has prescribed.
