Mallikaarjun Bhupalam is a vastu consultant based in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. The practice has been active since the 1980s. Industrial-site work (factories, plants, warehouses, corporate campuses) has been the focused specialisation since 2001.
The work pattern is consistent. A factory owner makes contact, usually because something specific is wrong: a production slowdown, repeated labour disputes on a particular line, a machine that breaks down predictably without an obvious cause, sales stagnation despite clean operations. Sometimes the call is about a new factory being built, where the goal is to get the layout right before the foundation is poured.
A site visit follows. The walkthrough covers the orientation of the plot, the placement of the entry, the position of heavy machinery, the location of the office, the toilets, the storage and the water source. Measurements are taken. Brief observations of staff workflow are made.
A consultation follows. It covers what the layout is doing well, where it is creating friction, and what specifically can be changed. The format depends on the engagement: an in-person walkthrough with the family, an online discussion, written notes, or a combination. The vocabulary is the vocabulary an industrial architect or plant engineer would use, with the addition of vastu's own framework for directional orientation and energy flow.
Where structural change is feasible, structural change is recommended. Where it is not (the building is leased, demolition is too expensive, the line cannot stop), the DNA Vastu pyramid system is used. The pyramid methodology was developed by Prof Dr Jiten Bhatt and is manufactured under ISO 9001 in Vadodara. Mallikaarjun Bhupalam is the exclusive licensee for placement and installation of these products outside India.
Consultations are conducted in five languages: Telugu, Kannada, English, Hindi and Tamil. Each is conducted directly, without a translator. Most active clients are in the South Indian industrial belts (Bengaluru, Hosur, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam, Chennai). NRI clients are spread across the United States, the United Kingdom, Greece and the UAE.

The Rashtriya Ekta Award is presented to practitioners whose work has reached a national audience. The award is named on the public Google Maps cover banner; the certificate is available for verification on request.
Vastu in India is taught two ways: in formal academic programmes (the Telugu University MA covers this) and through guru-shishya parampara (the applied parts are transmitted this way). Both matter. The first of the named teachers, Sri Varadarajulu, was a respected jyotisha; his son went on to serve as a Supreme Court judge of India.
The Google Maps reviews include named clients writing about consulting relationships that began in 2008 and 2011. Ravi Chandra (since 2008) and the rashmibrijesh Shukla family ("our family astrologer for years") are two of the visible long-running engagements; both review the practice publicly.
